Workplace Wellness
Workplace wellness is on-site workouts at the work place. The
employer (or employees) provides the workout space. A minimum
group of 4 is needed. Cost per 1 hr class is $15+/person. The +
depends on number in the group and distance to your site. Classes
may be paid by the employer (as an employee benefit) or the
employee.
