Workplace Wellness
Workplace wellness is on-site workouts at the work place. The
employer (or employees) provides the workout space. Classes may
be paid by the employer (as an employee benefit) or the employee.
Reap the benefits of T-Tapp, hoop fitness and/or nordic walking in the
workplace! I'll come to your group and location. It's a benefit your
employees will enjoy with results that everyone can appreciate.
On-site Group Training/Workplace Wellness (4+ persons):
$15/person* or by contract or agreement
*a mileage fee may apply for travel to your site. The 2011 federal mileage rate is
$0.51/mile. Peak hour travel fees apply for appointments during "rush" hours in the
Houston area. Pre-payment is required on packages. Package sessions must be
used within 6 months of payment. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are
non-refundable, non-reschedulable. Please email with questions.
