Thank you so much for allowing me to participate in Fargo.  I am very grateful for the
opportunity.  It was well worth the money.  You are a fabulous teacher!! :)

5/27/06 - Charlotte Event

I think I can sum up this weekend in one sentence...  "PLEASE MOVE TO
CHARLOTTE!!!!!"

Thank you SO MUCH for all the help, instruction and encouragement that you shared
with us.  I am still sore...but it's a good sore.  I will get so much more from my
workouts now with the knowledge that you gave to us.

Please come back again as soon as you can.....I will DEFINITELY be there !!
3/5/06 - Gloria, Winner of "Win a Workout With Kirsten" Contest

Probably the biggest thing I gained from our time together is increased body
awareness.  I am more conscious of when I loose my butt tuck or KLT.  And I am so
much more aware of what I can do to improve my form – keeping everything tight,
extending fully, keeping my lats down and tight, pulling my belly button towards my
spine.  It can be a little overwhelming trying to do all of this at the same time while
actually doing the T-Tapp moves.  But Kirsten helped me understand that improving
form is really a progression, and as I continue to do the workout and pay attention to
these things, the better my form will become. And that’s the beauty of T-Tapp – it
never ceases to be a challenging workout, no matter how long you’ve been doing it,
and at the same time, you can benefit from it tremendously, no matter how short a
time you’ve been Tapping.

I know that consistency is probably the biggest key to reaching my fitness goals, and
this workout with Kirsten was a great motivator for me.  She recommended I do 3-4
workouts a week, and on off days maybe do a move or two.  I started thinking about
my apple-shaped body and weak abdominal muscles, and decided to try doing
OIP/HFs for a month to see what would happen.  I’ve made it non-negotiable, and to
help me keep on track, I posted a challenge on the Forum and more than 20 others
are joining me in my little “experiment.”  I’m on day 5 and I can’t wait to measure in
another 25 days.  My pants already feel a little looser.  I’ve also planned 3-4 times into
my weekly schedule for T-Tapp workouts to make them a priority.

All in all, I’m walking taller, feel more confident, and best of all, really BELIEVE that I
can reach my fitness goals -- to be as healthy as possible for as long as possible to
enjoy this wonderful life I’ve been blessed with.  Thank you so much Kirsten.  I
enjoyed every minute of our time together!

I feel motivated and inspired!  I am definitely sore today and thinking about my
posture and form with much greater awareness. Now, I just have to get myself up in
the mornings and actually start tapping! Your suggestion of just tackling Basic + for
now was a fabulous one.
12/11/06 - Tulsa Event Attendee

I did Instructional 1 today and tried to REALLY reach, REALLY tuck, REALLY push
KLT.  Whew! I am also ready to take the plunge and start working on Instructional 2.
etc.

one last thing - I measured myself the morning of the clinic and then again this
morning - and I lost an inch off my waist AND an inch off my abs AND an inch and a
quarter (total) off my lower thighs! Can't beat that!

Kirsten - you rock!
3/28/07 - Charlotte, OK T-Tapper & TX T-Tapp Newsletter Recipient

Thanks for the great "I Can" article.  It was just what I needed to hear TODAY.  I'm
printing this one (and the Roosevelt quote) for my T-Tapp notebook!  Have a great
day and know that you encouraged and motivated someone...
4/14/07 - Thank you note from Merelyn, AZ T-Tapper

I just wanted to say what a great class it was [Saturday].  Suddenly, T-Tapp is hard
again.  Ultimately, that's a good thing, although this morning I was more apt to think
of it as a bad thing. :)  Mostly I learned I was seriously neglecting my shoulders.  And I
liked the way you taught how to reset your KLT with the jazz hands and all that.  Very
effective.  And painful.  But I digress.

Now I'm spoiled - I want to exercise with Kirsten every time! :D
8/26/07 - Janis, OK T-Tapper

Dear Kirsten:

Thank you for your feedback, pointers, information and great attitude.  My upper
back, shoulders and hip flexors have come alive thanks to you.  I appreciate you.
10/26/07 - Michelle, Houston TX T-Tapper

Hey Kirsten,

It's Michelle. I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed class on Wednesday!
Your form tips helped bring T-Tapp to a different level for me. I am hooked on
coming to class with you. Next time I come I am going to be taking notes so I can
remember your helpful hints. I am STILL sore and I am sooooo appreciative for your
attention. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! Finding you was a godsend.

8/29/08 - S.G., Tight Club Round II Participant

I had to break down and buy new pants to replace some I bought around Memorial
Day, I think.  The new ones are the same style but 3 sizes smaller. :D
Oct 2008 - a very happy T-Tapper

Kirsten I had to tell you I just measured and counting the 7 days I just did the dvd
from the book and magazine and the 6 days of bootcamp, I have lost a total of 23
inches!!! Yea! But most importantly 4 of those inches were from my waist!!!
Apr 2009 - Olga, MA T-Tapper

I’d like to thank you for the T-Tapp session past Sunday in Cambridge, MA.  It was
such a pleasure to meet you and train with you!  The information I received from your
session is truly invaluable and eye-opening for me.
Jul 2009 -  Georgia, Houston T-Tapper

I want to thank you for your inspiration.  I feel and move so much better when I do
t-tapp.  Principals are looking for active, energetic teachers.  There is job
discrimination on weight.  I feel more confident in interviews since my clothes look so
much better
.
Jul 2009 - Allison, Houston T-Tapper

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed (?!) your class on Saturday. It was
amazing how intense a workout it was from seemingly minor moves.

While I may have appeared to be dying, I appreciated the experience. The time has
finally come and I am excited about working on regaining my body, stamina and
endurance.
Aug 2009 - A.B., 8/8/09 Albuquerque NM event

I was injured in May 2009 and needed to have all three hamstring tendons of the left
leg reattached to the "sitz bone." Postsurgery I was on almost total bedrest for six
weeks.

Thread the needle and a few floor exercises (first time for these) were doable, but
only two reps instead of eight.

I was concerned that I would be really sore the next day [after the workshop], but the
left leg wasn't any more sore that the right leg.  What a testament to getting the lactose
out of the muscles with the floor taps.  I did have a lot of "pins-and-needles" the next
day, a good thing, my muscles are waking up.

I know my form on the floor is horrible, but I love that my leg is waking up.
Nov 2009 - D.H., Private Client

Let me tell you how much I am loving my instruction.  I just love you and the exercise.
Thanks for being patient with me.
Jan 2010 - B.M., 2010 January Bootcamp Participant

This is the first time in my life that I actually look forward to my workouts.  I credit that
to you, T-tapp, and the fact that I love how I feel my strength building each week.
Thanks so much for your leadership and guidance.
