Prior to T-Tapp, I’d never exercised regularly for more than a few months at
a time.  In these 10 years, the longest break from T-Tapp that I’ve had is 10
days.  Sure, I’ve taken shorter breaks, too, but I always come back.  And, I
want to share with you how I’ve done that.
