Tight Club™
What is Tight Club™? Tight Club™ is Kirsten’s proven movement program for inch
loss. Men and women have lost 729+ inches! Kirsten herself has kept the inches away
for 10+ years by moving her body. Kirsten is a certified Senior Trainer, Trainer Mentor,
Certified Personal Trainer, Hoopnotica instructor, BodyHoops instructor, Nordic
Walking instructor and Life is Mental Coach.

1st RULE: DO talk about Tight Club™

5th RULE: Supportive athletic shoes are required.
6th RULE: No self-recrimination; be kind to yourself.
7th RULE: Ask questions.
8th RULE: If you fall off the wagon, get back on and don’t look back.
